Raw chicken and no burgers. As soon as we entered we were notified there were no burgers, we said ok and took a look at the menu. I asked about the chicken sandwich and the waiter said they don't have any bread. 5 minutes later, a cook comes out and offers a chicken sandwich to a new set of customers who came in, so what was the truth? I ended up ordering chicken tenders.
Learning to deep fry chicken is a very simple task, it's not hard, millions of teenagers do it. However, the cooks here seemingly are unable to do so. The chicken tenders were all cut in half (to check to see if they were raw?) Yet, no one noticed they were completely raw and cold inside. The outside was burnt, which means the oil temp was too high. I hope they can improve their skills, serving the food I received should never happen to anyone.
The beers were good but limiting the sizes was strange. If I want a pint of 10% hazy IPA, let me order one.
I won't be back due to the raw chicken, just can't take that kind...
Read moreCraft beer done right in Tokyo! The beer we got was amazing, the T.A.S.T.Y. IPA in particular was delicious. Seems to be exclusive to this taproom. Full of flavor. We had some food and the food was not bad. Teriyaki Malt Liquor wings were good. The super hot wings were... Super hot but felt bland. The spicy toppings on it didn't have much of a taste, it was just hot.
Most of the beers I had, I enjoyed a lot. If you love craft beer, you have to stop by here!
The staff was super friendly and understood English. Easy to order. Fast service.
Atmosphere was great. Small but cozy and had some arcade machines. We saw Ninja Turtles arcade.
If you're by Ginza, stop by here, you won't be...
Read moreMy first visit was nice and the beer there is good. However, just dropped in for a second visit today and the bar has plenty of seating, but after I sat down at a seat agreed by the staff, they change their mind and decided they wanted me to move to less sought after table on the other side of the bar. I can accept they need to organise tables so I moved but then after I sat down for the second time (in the seat they gave me) they changed their mind again and asked me to move to a small little half table tucked away in the back facing a wall. Meanwhile, lots of empty seats in both sides of the bar, none of which are reserved. Not a nice way to treat...
