A must for tonkotsu ramen lovers. This is the best ramen chain I've been to in Japan, better than Ichiran. They have a couple of locations but not many -- one in Ikebukuro and one in Makuhari (Kaihimakuhari station), and a few others I'm not sure where. I 100% recommend the black one if you like garlic. It's so deeply flavorful and has such a memorable taste.
