Absolutely disgusting experience. As tourists, we were looking forward to trying this place, but it turned into the worst dining experience we’ve ever had. It was near closing time when we finally got our food—only to find hair in it. When we politely asked for a fresh plate, the staff had the audacity to grab the replacement food with their bare hands and slap it back on our plate like we were a nuisance. No gloves. No care. No basic hygiene.

Then they slid the plate back at us aggressively, like we were the problem. At that point, we had enough. We demanded our money back and left. Completely unacceptable. If you care about basic cleanliness or being treated like a human being, stay far away...

Pretty average overall, but not bad for the price. The food here is cheap, so it has good value if you just want a quick meal without spending much. Service was super fast — I had my order within 5 minutes. That means some of the food is pre-cooked though, because the grilled chicken I got was a bit hard.

One thing I noticed is the bowl they use makes the portion look bigger than it actually is since it’s really shallow, but lifted higher up. You don’t get a ton of food, but again, for the price, it’s kind of what you’d expect. Not somewhere I’d go out of my way for, but decent if you’re nearby and need something...

came here on tuesday (weekend/public holiday) and there was no queue at this store despite the food court being packed. i waited for about 10minutes for my food through a buzzer. the cutlet was crispy and hot, the egg was perfectly seasoned and cooked. definitely recommend!
