Came here based on people’s recommendation on Raddit. Very disappointed as one of the woman staff was extremely rude. My partner ordered a beer as I don’t drink, but i feel bad if I didn’t order anything. So I ordered a plate of falafel.
I was drinking water from my bottle while eating falafel, and a middle-aged women staff came over to told me off by saying “You should not bring your own drink as we are running a business. If want to drink water you should order from us”.
We understand that business needs to operate and make money, but I seldom experience this kind of rude attitude from bar/restaurant staff. It’s not like I didn’t order anything (I went to order a plate of falafel after putting my things down).

Read moreI appreciate the authentic feel of a British pub, even the nastiness of the fish n chips was appropriate for the occasion and was very reminiscent of proper London pub. Sometimes we all need this. However, the reason for low score and why I am not going back there is that I saw a baby cockroach crawling across my table... in the middle of January!
