Yakiniku-Joan — Restaurant in Tokyo

We had a very good meal at Joan. We tried many different meats including beef tongue, squid, pork neck, sirloin, shrimp and chicken. And, there were even more choices on the menu. They give you some lemon sauce and something like a soy sauce in a small dish to dip your items if desired. The lemon went well with the tongue. We also has some pumpkin to grill, and kimchi and seaweed on the side. I tried a couple different soups. They were tasty, but I would probably stick to grilled items next time. It’s fun to cook at your table, and gives you plenty of time to chat with your friends. There is a convenient button on the table by which to call your server. The staff was very attentive and quick to bring out more meats when needed. The soda selection was limited, but that wasn’t a big deal. The restaurant had a calm feel to it, and it was clean. I would definitely recommend a visit. At the time of our dinner, it was 15,708 ¥ for three of us. It’s a little more expensive than other food offered in Tokyo, but I think it was worth the treat and the experience....

・900円～1,500円前後で焼肉ランチを楽しめるという焼肉店にしては比較的お手頃なお値段設定が嬉しかったです。

・今回は焼肉ランチ 150gを2つ、ハラミと中落カルビで注文。 ・写真を見て頂ければわかると思いますが、結構量があります。 ・また、中落カルビを小さく切ってくださって提供してくださるのが意外とありがたい。ちょいちょい食べるを楽しめます。 ・味わいも安定していますし、「焼肉食べた！」をしっかりと満たしてくれます。 ・また、豚バラ丼ぶりのお肉も柔らかくて、タレがしっかりと染み込んでいて、素敵。そこに白髪ねぎの風味が加わって、ただわんぱくってだけじゃない味を演出してくれます。

・子供用のお皿セットは、ビニールに包まれて「除菌済み」とかかれており、子供に安心して使わせられるありがたいサービスでした。

・お昼時ちょっと前に入店しましたが、12:00を過ぎると満席状態になっていたので、休日なら特に早めの入店をお勧めします。

・総じて、居心地もよく「焼肉食べたい！」もしっかりと満たしてくれる「叙庵 池袋サンシャイン60通り店」さん。また池袋（特にサンシャインビル）に用事がある際には立ち寄らせて頂きたいと思います。ご馳走様でした。

Wonderful service in a restaurant tucked above the businesses nearby. Booths are set into the floor for an authentic Japanese experience. You have two hours to order as much food and drink while chatting with friends. Food is somewhat pricey, but order only what you need from the tablet menu. Doors on booths close to provide some privacy, but you can hear others very well during peak hours. Our experience was on a weekend, so while it was a little loud it was the perfect amount of time to eat, drink and rest our feet (as well as my aching back- I may have laid down on the bench seat while in between orders lol).
