Yakitori Haretsubame Trust Tower — Restaurant in Tokyo

Stumbled across Haretsubame in Trust tower one our second night here in Tokyo. Didn’t get a seat the first go, but managed to book for the third night. Definitely didn’t disappoint! We loved all the food especially the limited edition nabe for winter!!! Grilled Chicken skewers, soft bone fried karage were also our favourites! Other food on the menu were generally all really good too, so we went back a second time within the week :) service was fantastic, things came out fast and the manager was awesome by remembering us foreigners as Haretsubame definitely is popular amongst local Japanese. Found this yakitori restaurant on Google maps last year and paid a second visit. Excellent food and service both times. English menu available on an iPad where you can place orders. 5 skewers set, big chicken thigh skewer and duck skewers were amazing, as well as their duck broth soba noodles. En tant que client régulier, je ne peux que recommander ce restaurant. La qualité des plats, le service et l'ambiance sont toujours bons.

Malgré l'inflation, le rapport qualité-prix reste honnête, avec une carte variée qui satisfera beaucoup d’envies, surtout celles de plats japonais simples. Le service est toujours à la hauteur, les équipes sont à la fois souriantes, efficaces et à l'écoute. On y apprécie également le cadre japonais agréable.

Le service est plutôt fluide même aux heures d’affluence, 10 à 15 minutes d’attentes maximum. Et si l’on vient plus tôt, entre 11h30 et 11h45, il est possible de trouver de la place même si l’on est nombreux.

As a regular customer, I can only recommend this restaurant. The quality of the food, the service, and the atmosphere are consistently good.

Despite inflation, the price-quality ratio remains honest, with a varied menu that will satisfy many cravings, especially for simple Japanese dishes. The service is always up to par; the staff are both smiling, efficient, and attentive. The pleasant Japanese-style decor is also much appreciated.
