Im here for the first time today, 22/10/04. Good walking distance from Tokyo Station. Friendly service. Cons: I wanted to eat Chinese food. Served a hybrid of Japanese and Chinese cuisine, with the Japanese influence too strong. This does not mean that the cuisine is not good. It is, unfortunately, very little Chinese. Nevertheless, the quality of the food was good and therefore there are 4 stars.

The soup fried dumplings were also just soso. Nice view though. Note they should have seated me further from the noisy businessmen as well but alas...
