TOURIST ATTENTION!! I was very pissed and angry with the experience in this restaurant. As a tourist, I can feel that the staff there are racist. I went there with my family and we don’t speak Japanese, but the cashier and one of the staff member ignored us while we tried to tell them we want a table for four people. They rejected to serve us and just keep saying “no reservation” (meaning no table) for a few times. But then they served the Japanese people behind us. What kind of service is this. Then, we found someone who can speak Japanese and ask them for a table for four again (but this time asking another staff). Then they allowed us to go in the restaurant!! There were almost only Japanese people there, but I did not think it was a big deal that you could have a second bowls.
The worst part is their service. If you are busy, why not eliminate the refill system? But honestly, a smile and a cheerful greeting would be so much nicer. The woman who served us spoke softly and seemed annoyed, which was disappointing... There was no need to waste time at a place that is below average in every way, so I will not be coming...
