TOKYO TORCH Park — Attraction in Tokyo

Sorry, but this is very lame for a play ground in tokyo. Good if you're desperate as I was with nothing else around. At least the kids can play a bit, but the younger they are, the better suited the park will be... one absolutely awesome feature though is that there is a proper table. So you can actually have a picnic there. My bad rating is only for the lack of amenities for kids to play, and the incredible amount of constructions going on all around... otherwise this...

2024/7/20 AM11:30頃に　東京　千代田区大手町　常盤橋タワー西側の東京トーチパークにて　日傘つきのテーブルで暫時休息中　突然　隣り合わせのテーブルの日傘が私の背後で倒れ　鉄骨が私の背を打ってひどく痛かった。肋骨が折れたかとおもったよ。こういう場合の抗議はどこに持ち込めばいいのだろうか。東京トーチ、　管理会社の　三菱地所　ともに　苦情受付の窓口がないのだよ。SNSはＤＭお断りなそうな。当時　風が強かったが、傘を覆すほどのビル風というほどの激しさではなかった。事件の一部始終は、監視カメラに写っているかもしれない。

常盤橋タワーの防災センターに通報したのだが、応対が悪かった。私を単なる目撃者とでも思ったのか、名前も聞かれず、私の被害を問い質されることもなかった。常盤橋タワーの人員が安全管理を行っているのではないのかもしれない。

警察署に通報するべきなのかな。

市民の皆さん、東京トーチパークでの休息時にはご用心ください。重い日傘が落下すると命の危険がありますよ。命を大切に。

Yesterday, 7/20/2024, around 11:30 AM, an incident has happened to me. At Tokyo Torch Park located on the west side of Tokiwabashi Tower, I was resting at a table which was set up with a parasol. Suddenly the parasol on the table next to me fell behind me, and the steel frame hit my back and gave me terrible pains. I thought I had broken my ribs.

Where should I bring my protests in such cases? Tokyo Torch and its management company Mitsubishi Estate do not have contact points for complaints. Their SNS seem to refuse DMs.

The wind was strong at that time, but it was not so intense as to overturn the parasol. The incident may have been captured by a surveillance camera.

Should I report it to the police?
