Nostalgic Ramen place and reasonably priced. Ordered 1 set meal that comes with a regular sized Ramen and a bowl of rice topped with cha siew. The pork ribs Ramen looked so good we didn't take time to capture it on the phone. Soy broth is rich and tasty and the ribs are so tender, we could bite into the bones. Even the bones are marinated! It would be great if the broth could be less salty, but my family enjoyed it thoroughly still.

Had an amazing lunch at this one woman shop. Very hearty miso ramen and the best spare rib ramen I've ever had. Literally fall off the bone! Perfect way to escape the cold in a quiet part of town.

洞爺湖温泉街のラーメン屋さんです。 このエリアは観光客向けのお店が多い中、ここはどちらかと言うと地元の方にも親しまれている素朴な感じのお店で、個人的には結構入りやすいお店でしたね。 向かいのわかさいも本舗と違って観光客の外国人があまりいないのが何だか安心です。 特に隣の国の人達は何かうるさくて・・・。 私はここでシンプルに醤油ラーメンを頂きました。 実はスペアリブのような大きな肉が入ったラーメンもあるらしいですね。 味は昔ながらの素朴なラーメン。 見た目は濃い目に見えますが丁度良い味でとても食べやすくて美味しいラーメンでした。 この日はあまり空腹ではなかったのですが、美味しくスープまで全部頂きましたよ(ちなみに私は基本ラーメンはスープも全部飲むのです)。 いつか肉入りラーメンも頂きたいですね。

severely under-rated ramen joint. broth had depth and noodles were cooked adequately to my taste. one downside was they serve egg hardboiled instead of half boiled but apart from that,...
