注文時にホットウーロン茶と指定するのを忘れてしまったのは事実ですが、スタッフが確認する際にも「アイスウーロン茶ですね」とは確認せず、ただ「ウーロン茶一杯ですね」と言うだけで、勝手にアイスを默认して出したのはどういうことですか？

飲み物が届き、間違いに気づいて交換していただいた点は認めますが、「ホットウーロン茶」を持ってきた時に、スタッフが「ウーロン茶にはホットとアイスがありますから、注文時には注意してください」と言い放すのは理解できません。私や同行の友人、さらに周り二卓の客までみんな唖然としてしまいました。しかも私たちは日本人ではなく、ただここを旅行しているだけの外国人です。注文時にこうしたミスが起こるのはよくあることではないでしょうか？

この事態はお互いに5割ずつの責任だと思うのですが、全ての過ちを客に押し付けるのは本当に合理的ですか？ これは単にスタッフの不満を発散しているのではないですか？

この店には二度と足を踏み入れるつもりはありません。テーブルに箸が置かれていない上に、催促しないと持ってきてくれません。メニューも積極的に取り上げてくれません。これがいわゆるサービス態度というものですか？

I admit I forgot to specify that I wanted hot oolong tea when ordering, but the server didn’t even confirm it was iced—they just said “one oolong tea” and assumed it would be iced by default.

When the drink arrived, we noticed the mistake and got it replaced. But when they finally brought the hot oolong tea, the server insisted on saying, “Oolong tea comes in both hot and cold; you need to be careful when ordering.” My friend, I, and even the customers at the two nearby tables were all stunned. What’s more, we’re not Japanese citizens—we’re just tourists here. Mistakes when ordering are pretty common, aren’t they?

This should be a 50-50 mistake, right? Is it really reasonable to blame all of it on the customer? Isn’t this just the server taking out their frustration?

Besides, I’ll never step foot in this restaurant again. There were no chopsticks on the table—we had to ask before they brought any. They didn’t even take the menus away proactively, either. Is this what they call...

Food: small portion of okonomiyaki for the price. Service: me and my friend waited for around 30 min. When I was tired, I entered the restaurant and talked to the staff. Promptly, she cleaned the tables and called our name... Poor table management makes the customers wait for a long time outside. Atmosphere: inside, it was nice, but the situation of having to wait for a long time outside completely ruined the experience for me. I do not recommend this restaurant and I will not...

We came on weekday around 2pm. We waited more than 40 minutes. Staffs were chilling and chatted with each others. Guests who came after us got their orders and finished their meals before us. They didn't tell us that the food would be late nor even apologize. They just started preparing our orders after we asked. And till the end, no staffs apologized.

Kimchi was sweet and spicy. I'd recommend this restaurant to those you have at least...
