They were kind and understanding enough to swap their braised pork from their appetiser in their course meals for fish and jt was still delicious. Flavours were extremely delicate and subtle, very pleased with all the dishes and as a whole experience the flavours worked out really well. We couldnt decide which dishes were our favourite.
