Shounan Pancake Yokohama Minatomirai — Restaurant in Yokohama

I was not familiar on how to order using their ticket method. Luckily, there was one staff that spoke very good English and he was able to help me out. I forgot to get his name, sorry about that 😅.

I ordered their original Shonan Pancake. Staff-kun (I'm calling him that for now 😅) also recommended that pancake. I paired it with their Iced Café Latte (unsweetened). The pancake itself was fluffy, light and has the right sweetness. The syrup and whipped cream added to the richness of the pancake. It was really good!

I like the ambiance because I can see directly the ship on Minato harbor. I stayed there until early evening, so the transition from afternoon to night was...

I went here with my family after lunch for pancakes. However, since it's popular, there was still a long wait which I already expected. What I didn't expect was the time the food came. It took about 20 minutes to be served food. It was also hard to order because you have to use your own phone. When we tried to submit an order 3 times, we kept getting an error so we called the staff and they manually took our orders instead.

The pancakes were soft but dry. I wonder if it's supposed to be that way. I ordered royal milk tea for drinks and it was good!

My daughter had a good time decorating her pancake so I recommend the kids meal...

My husband and I saw this place from afar and decided to try it out. Very good food, even if you don't speak ant Japanese or can't read any, they have a QR code that helps you order the food along with anything you'd want to add, vut my husband didn't see an option to take off any items. I also got a Royal Ice Tea and have come to see that they don't make them sweet 😆 so fair warning to those like sweet drinks.
