I gave it 5 starts 2 years ago but the other day I visited again and it became really disappointing. Noodles were really hard and chewy. Soup was salty and had bitter flavor. Maybe they changed the recipe. The price is up, maybe 200y for the same size I had before. Staff didn't say hello when we came in even though they looked at us trying to get a seat at the counter, but they did to other customers that came in after us. No thank you at all as well when we left but they did to others. In general, we decided this was the last time for us to come here and never again.

Walked by this store and was attracted by the “umami” word on the outside. It looks like a sushi x ramen with counter seats and seats facing the wall - where you can watch the chef prepare your meal. I ordered the premium ramen and it was amazing - indeed umami - at 990 yen with no add ons. You have to soak the bonito flakes in your soup for 15 seconds for the ultimate experience. It may be quite salty for some, but it doesn’t overpower. Noodles were the thicker, fresh type which I absolutely love. Would recommend!

My first try at tsukemen. Don't be intimidated by the lack of English menu. The kiosk was simple to figure out and order from, and then just hand off your ticket and wait for the good stuff. There was a qr code that led to an English language website explaining the types and how to enjoy tsukemen. Simple and straightforward, it was absolutely delicious. Multiple seasonings available to make subtle additions to your food. I would recommend this spot to anyone who wanted to give tsukemen a try.
