Oh dear. I guess because it's near a popular station / tourist area, that's why it's so crowded... But wow. It's really crowded. Props to the baristas for helping the line move along quickly.

However, to facilitate that, they won't ask for your name. Which leads to a lot of mix-ups and awkward situations at the pick up counter! Especially when there's no line, and it's holiday season so everyone's ordering the same drink... Someone's drink is bound to get taken multiple times cough

Anyway, they have good Yokohama Starbucks merchandise here too. Lots of pastries to choose from as well. The seating situation isn't great because of the whole crowd thing... And there are...

I placed my order and then tried to pay, but this must be the only starbucks in Tokyo that doesn't accept contactless payments.

The first time I arrived, it was so busy that I didn't queue because there was no seating available. The second time I arrived, I managed to find a seat and put my jacket on it to reserve it. I placed my order and then tried to pay, but this must be the only starbucks in Tokyo that doesn't accept contactless payments.

As it located right next to big station also it’s one of beautiful starbuck in yokohama, so its always crowded, but the staffs very friendly and helpful, it’s great to seat outside in a sunny day too , love it !
