The unagidon was really delicious, and although it is on the more expensive side, it is definitely worth trying. The unagi was soft on top and crunchy on the bottom.

You also get to see how they make it at they have a clear window to where they make the unagi.

5月月初に7/24土用の丑の日に予約（滞在時間2時間）を入れていましたが、前日になって「土用の丑の日なので60分制・メニュー制限がありますがよろしいですか？」という電話が来ました。

ゆっくりお酒を飲みながら食事をしようと思っていたので、キャンセルしました。 ただ、こちらとしては2時間で予約が取れて安心しており、明日の食事を楽しみにしていたので本当に残念です。

また、店舗の対応も大変残念かつ不愉快でした。

・5月に予約した時点では土用の丑の日当日もネット予約ができ、時間制限等についての記載はなかった（他の鰻屋さんはそもそも7/24近辺は予約できなかった） ・5月の時点で予約が成立しているにも関わらず、制限についての連絡が予約前日だった ・最初に電話をしてきた女性は、時間制限がある旨を伝えてきただけで経緯の説明や謝罪はなかった ・キャンセルの電話をした時に対応してくれた男性も、「なぜ予約前日の連絡になったのか？」とこちらから尋ねるまで経緯の説明や謝罪の言葉はなかった （店舗での情報共有不足により連絡が遅れたとのこと）

繁忙日だから制限が発生することについては、仕方のないことだとある程度理解はできます。 ただ、こちらは2ヶ月以上前に予約が成立しているため、その後わざわざ店舗のお知らせ等を確認したりはしません。

店側の確認不足であると認識していたなら、なぜ謝罪の言葉が最初に出てこなかったのでしょうか？ そもそも最初から土用の丑の日近辺の予約を取れないようにしたり、予約時の注意書きに土用の丑の日前後は時間・メニューに制限がある旨を記載いただいていればこのようなことは起こらなかったのでは？

こちらとしては、特別扱いを求める気はなかったので、説明と謝罪だけはしっかりしていただきたかったです。
