We hosted a huge dinner for our company LD Talent at CJ's Kilimani and the food, service, and ambience were amazing. Bipin in particular is AMAZING. From the beginning he took care of our 40+ orders. He brought us waters. He got us appetizers. He and his staff of 4 waiters and waitresses helped us with small plates, big plates, whatever we needed. They made sure every order came correctly. They checked on us that the food was good. They helped some people who wanted to take home dessert and others who wanted to eat it there. But most importantly they conducted the whole dinner professionally. Bipin was so helpful. He helped us move tables and arrange photos. And he sent me great photos of our whole group. He helped me so I could give a small speech for our guests. He is the best. And finally he made sure I got a proper bill, a fair bill, with all the details. I arrived in Kenya for the first time the night before our dinner. And Bipin's professionalism made our LD Talent company dinner a brilliant success that people are still talking about.

I am a CJ's fan and it is definitely my go-to spot for breakfast meetings :) The ambience here is lovely and the food is amazing. The chefs never disappoint. We were served well by Wanjohi, he really took good care of my friend and I. It was her first time and she loved it. I'd recommend you try out the Strawberry Peach and Passion fuse - it's amazing! Qll their food is amazing. That day they were out of most cakes, but we tried out their brownie and chocolate fudge slices with a scoop of vanilla ice-cream. It was just delightful. The only reason I'm giving a 4-star is because we received some sort of attitude from the other staff. Made us feel like we didn't belong. It was sad, but we just brushed it off. The supervisor was not friendly either. Kindly ask all your staff to accept anyone and everyone who comes into your restaurant. Definitely can't compare CBD and Waterfront. Always feel welcomed and appreciated.

Great local eatery that has some US style menu items that seem to cater to locals and expats. The Tuscan Chicken was tasty. FYI. I saw a lot of people dressed up while eating out there. Positive vibes and staff were helpful and food came out reasonably quick and hot. Kiwi Lemonade was mixed with seltzer I think so it has a soda type of taste which I did not personally like. The environment inside was beautiful and busy. Uber/Bolt comes right to the door. Seating on multiple levels. Some small hawkers are outside so you have to ignore them when coming or going. For Expats, USD is strong against local KSH. Great prices for 2. If paying with your Visa/Mastercard card, ask for the POS machine or they will bring the receipt for M-Pesa. M-Pesa requires a local Safaricom phone which you need your US Passport to sign up for. Unless you have a dual SIM phone, you have to buy a phone also.

First time visiting CJs Village Market💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾 Visited on a Sunday so it was quite busy The waiters are very attentive🙌🏽 They walk you from the entrance to where you’ll sit Shout to Grace who kept checking on us🤗🤗🤗 The ambience is perfect Loved the lighting Loved their menu🤗🤗🤗🤗Well done! The food portions were so generous We carried most of our food home Classic fish fingers and chips The fries were a lot and the fish fingers were crispy and perfectly seasoned! I tried quesadillas for the first time and they didn’t disappoint✨ The strawberry nojito was really sweet The iced mint dawa felt like it would take your cold away😂 Overall: The place is perfect for family hangouts, birthday parties and dates Highlight of my experience The free charging booth with different cables💃🏾 Definitely going back🎉🎉🎉💃🏾💃🏾💃🏾

Went to the branch in the village market with family. The quantity is huge, fair prices for the quantity. The menu is okay, nothing fancy. The food tends to be more on the bland side. Perhaps because it is more of a family restaurant catering to a diverse age group. The peach tea is good and they have none dairy options for coffee and tea. Being more of a family restaurant, it can get crowded, noisy with lots of children. If you are a large group, you can order a few dishes and share because the servings tend to be big. You are looking at around 1500-2000K per individual including a drink. You can also ask for a smaller size for the drinks. If you are a solo traveller, perhaps try somewhere else. If you are a group or family, you can visit any of the branches.

I really wanted to give this place 5 stars - but unfortunately the so called big portions are not actually big. Maybe a bit bigger than usual, sometimes, but I was dissatisfied. On pictures they look bigger. The chicken wings are average with a slightly too sugary sauce. The chips are upper average but nothing special. The quesadillas were top notch but the guacamole amount served with it is a joke. Their deserts are absolutely amazing! I like the seating comfort and service though the waitresses looked very tired - I hope you treat them well? That being said: it's different but the hype is not quite as well deserved as possible. In general still a good dining experience with prices slightly high. I will be testing them again in a few months.
