KFC — Restaurant in Barcelona

Hello my dear friends, Today, no sorry yesterday (it is after midnight already) we went to this KFC. I had some kind of chicken burger with lettuce, it was alright but it was too dry. I almost choked because I couldnt taste the mayonnaise. The lettuce tried to compensate for the unhealthy amount of oil in the chicken, but there was almost no lettuce. I felt like i was eating chicken with bread like a pigeon. The fries were terrible, i would give them like 2/10, it tasted like fried air with potatoes but without the potatoes. Then the chicken wrap- it was delicious but I wanted more, it didn't satisfy me. Rustic fries were amazing. Pepsi was good but coca-cola would be much better option. Sundae with white chocolate- well it was more like sundae and find the chocolate, but it tasted good. It was small tho, I wanted more. Overall 6,75/10. The experience was not good even if the place was not crowded.

The girl (Sofia) taking the prder didnt knew english and also the offers. As a international city and international it was expected from them.

For the both time we visited there we got 1 item less in our bicket. That cant happen so probably.

The frech fries was served without salt. And when we ask for salt they took 10 cents extra. Its not about 10 cents but yhey should ask for it before giving the order.

And while going we ordered something for take which was delivered in a tray with plastic and other bags and we have pack ot on our own. And he i have to wait 1p minutes extra just for a straw and was purposefully ignored by the employees there.

Atlmanagers should look for the customers speaking in english or they should have some system to order online offers fron the Self Service Kiosk.

We went to this KFC today. The ordering machine was veery slow. After we managed to place our order, there was no option to pay by card on the machine, so we had to choose to pay at the kiosk. Upon payment, the girl choose the wrong order, so we paid someone else's order. We expected to have some refund or whatever on the spot, but we were told that the refund will be back at our bank in 72. We did not get any document or similar to certify that we will get our money back. Now waiting to see if the money will be refund as told. There was not even a proper "Sorry" from the staff. They asked us to make our order again, since our order was lost (no idea how, since it was not even paid). Well, no nerves to make another order, so we left. Would not recommend the place, since there is not even a minimum service...
