Fresh Buffet „Medžiotojų užeiga“ — Restaurant in Kaunas

It’s a new place, but they are improving fast. I liked the place and the food and the stuff. The waiter, the chef and the cleaner were attentive. The place offers buffet service, all you can eat + water with fruits, except desserts, coffees and similar (even though I found some pastry and donuts in the buffet). I liked the wok – the chef prepares it especially for you with the ingredients and the quantity that you ask. Same with chicken sticks. The chili soup was just fine, not too spicy. The menu varies, as I understood. Today they offered sushi, I heard ☺. I was there one hour before closing, so the variety wasn’t full, but I was warned about that. The building is brand new, the interior is nice and the view to the river is just perfect.

one of the most disappointing experiences i have ever ; food is not worth it, and they don’t even refill it when nothing is left.. before going i have been calling them 5 times and trying to reach out via email because the information on website, google maps or their socials doesn’t match. but no one picked up the phone until days after my visit…; they say to refer to schedule in their socials - okay, but they decide to work whenever they want, we came at 18:00 when the evening buffet was supposed to start, and nothing is opened, tried to call them, but no one reacts even tho something is happening in the kitchen and then they decide to go smoke and haughtily look at visitors. glad after waiting they decide to open we left) would...

New place with good view through the window. Also service is nice. Soup and main dishes are more than good. There are no a lot places where you can get boar and venison for 6,90 eur. Chief made wok from my chosen products in few minutes that was really tasty. If you do not like spicy food tell chief before he starts preparing wok. In future can be problems with parking space, but now you can go and you will find place for sure. They need comercial that would atract attention from street.
