Broken Bed Hootel — Hotel in Kaunas

Stayed here for one night. In room 28. It's basically the attic. No head space getting out of the bed. No shower, a bath facing the bed that was completely open, and the toilet not behind a close door. No privacy to shower/wash or go to the toilet.

I left my Garmin watch charger and my phone charger in a Bose headphones case on the bed after we checked out. Contacted the hotel a few hours later after O discovered it was missing. They said they would check the room and get back to me. The next day, I contacted the hotel again, and they have not responded. The case and charging ports are no use to anyone except me. I am prepared to pay for it to be shipped to me at home in Ireland. But the lack of response is disappointing.

Terrible/stressful experience with this hotel. Upon arrival the front door asks for a code. I never received any codes. There was 2 other couples also arriving and they received details for the front door and for their rooms. Ended up wandering back down the street (at about 8pm) to get a signal to finally send a message as tried calling the contact numbers listed on the front door and none of them worked. At this point my phone was nearly dying so quickly booked myself a nearby hotel (got lucky with this one) as still heard nothing. I didn't get a message back till about 30-40 minutes later which looked automated but it was the details that I needed. Never in my life have I experienced such a disgraceful level of communication and complete disregard for guests. Due to the host’s blatant overbooking, we were left stranded with nowhere to stay in Kaunas — and sadly, this wasn’t even an isolated incident, as I later found out from other reviews people have faced same issues.

The host showed zero responsibility, offered no apology, no help, and made no effort to fix the mess they caused. It’s absolutely unacceptable to treat guests this way and clearly shows a pattern of negligence and disrespect.
