Talutti - Bakes'n'Shakes City — Restaurant in Kaunas

I was shocked by how bad it is to sit inside. Talutti is the place I used to enjoy, but definitely not after today's experience.

Two things ruined my experience completely - extremely loud music and the coldness at the place by the window. The music was literally unbearable: you have to scream to order something, the waitress has to scream back to confirm your order... (resulting in a cracked voice of the waitress). It was so loud I could feel the vibration in the table and floor. Add to that windy conditions (not kidding, sitting by the window you could experience wind blows) and you get the "perfect" experience plus a headache.

Having that in mind, I would still return there, but the complete negligence from the side of the stuff made Talutti a "no go" place for me. Honestly, how could you not care about your customers that much? Nobody asked why we finished the meal barely touching it, nobody helped with packing our food. Staff just couldn't care less😒

If you are used to the staff that actually cares about you, I wouldn't recommend this place.

If you want experience night club atmosphere without actually going to night...

Desserts - 9.5 worth a sin ;) trully one of my fav. Places for a dessert ever. Food 8.9? Havent eat much, but what i ate i liked, quality well coocked food. ;). Staff - 8.0- 9.0 Pleasant, helpfull, but still havent clear direction(or its not obvious what they going for) hostes look sharp, clean for "casual++" restraunt rlly impressing, and than waitresses with their presentation looks out of place, also feel of the staff varies from early in a day to evening time. Drinks - 9 interesting selection from soft drinks, shakes, cocktails what i tried i was satisfied fully. Restaurant - 8.2 Good loc. Clean, vibrant Slightly cold atmosphere, it seems restraunt havent find its identity yet, it swings between fine dining and casual dining restaurant.

All in all i think this restraunt has good potential to get rlly close to 5stars, just by finding its character and presenting or focusing on it more, cause what came out of the kitchen i was more than satisfied, tho many times when thinking where to eat, its not my first choise, not as dragged to the place as i feel...

This place has amazing desserts 🍨 I was here to eat a dessert, so I decided to try the “Jefferson waffle X 2 “🧇 for 11,55 euro 💶 And wow it was good and very big, my tummy was full after only on quarter of the two waffles. And the crew here, amazing. They gave our dog water 💦 and asked if we would like to make a team photo 📸. Over to my 3 quarters of not eaten waffel 🧇 , i could just trow it away 🗑️ but, DONT WASTE FOOD 😡, so they gave me a free takeaway box 🥡 This is the best dessert restaurant in Kaunas 🇱🇹 They do also have basic healthy food like pasta 🍝 or pizza 🍕 I did also order a cold Matcha 🍵 for 3,50 euro with a little bit of syrup 🍁 And it was absolutely amazingly delicious 😋 This is a place, that offers a type of American food🇺🇸 Totally recommend this...
