The only good things about this place were the delicious cocktails and the lovely view. The guy who walked us to our table was actually alright, polite and welcoming. But after that, it all went downhill fast.The waitress was a complete disaster. Not even five seconds after we sat down, she was already standing over us with, “Have you chosen yet??” Girl, we just sat down. Didn’t even open the menu yet. Then we waited 30 minutes just to get our drinks, and another 20 minutes just to receive the bill. When it finally came, she practically threw the card machine at us, already loaded up, with a full-on scowl. No thank you, no goodbye, no basic courtesy. It felt like we were a nuisance just for being there. Honestly, it was one of the worst service experiences I’ve had. Staff seriously need training in customer service, basic manners and how not to make guests feel like an inconvenience. The place may have good drinks and a view, but the attitude completely...

I just had the most disappointing experience at this so-called "rooftop bar." The only thing elevated about this place is the price – €12 for an Aperol Spritz that isn’t even close to what you’d expect anywhere else! The prices are 60% higher than in Milan, and what do you get in return? A depressing view of ventilation pipes and boring rooftops. This isn’t a view; it’s a disgrace. Honestly, if I wanted to look at dull rooftops and industrial ductwork, I could do that from any random window in the city. I’m not paying top dollar to pretend I’m in some industrial zone. And to charge more than they do in Milan – are you serious? There’s absolutely no ambiance, no charm, just overpriced drinks and false promises. Save your money and go anywhere else. It’s the kind of spot you visit once and probably won’t return to. The rooftop was nice, but the view from where we were seated wasn’t great, larger groups got the better spots near the edge. The drinks were okay, though the wine portions felt smaller than usual (I’d expect around 150ml, but it was definitely less here). As for the snacks, they were a bit underwhelming for the price. The hummus was good, but the veggies served with it were a bit sad, lumpy and sliced super thin. The servers were polite, but we had to wait a long time for both drinks and snacks.
