Edit: The answer to this comment speaks itself why you should steer clear; a fish rots from the head down. There were no one else than us waiting outside "in the cold", nobody greeted us although we waited long enough, and by this unmannered and indecent response should one not get surprised why the personnel lacks even simplest manners. And last, better save these desserts to yourself.
We paid here a visit with high hopes of indulging in some delicious pizza, but unfortunately, the experience left much to be desired. There were around dozen tables squashed in a tiny place, you can barely breathe inside, let alone moving around.
The personnel is extremely rude and deprived of having any manners, especially the tall and blonde man that I'd like to highlight. While we wanted to change our table as we were squeezed in the middle and had lots of stuff which were prone to be stomped on the floor, he rushed to us and said this table is for other people and we are not allowed to sit there. I'd like to mention that there was no "reserved" sign, and we wanted to move there only after an old couple who left. I then asked what he means by other people, and he said there were people waiting for this table. I had told him that unless this table is reserved, first comes always first served and his behaviour is incomprehensible. Then a woman that stands at the cashier intervened that the guests are not allowed to change tables. I didn't want to escalate the situation and said I want to cancel our order, she asked why, I replied this unprofessionalism shouldn't be awarded, and she still tried to charged us for colas which I obviously refused because we didn't even open them.
Overall, if you want to receive decent service, I highly encourage you to look elsewhere. There are lots of pizzerias that the quality is surely top-notch and you'd be nicely treated. The price you are paying here is thousand miles away from what...
Read moreLocation is perfect, in the centre of Old City. We found a table rather quick, staff was OK. Only major issue is that we ordered pizza (very good) and ravioli (see the photo). So the meal consists of exactly 5 pieces of ravioli which would not be enough even for our 1,5 year old child... Or maybe it would be great if you want to bet with someone you can finish the meal under 60 seconds. In any case I asked the staff is this really a meal or somekind of a mistake and they said - this is the way we serve it. They were tasty but I would easily eat 5 portions myself. So I have to put it down again, 5 pieces of pasta ravioli in a small plate for 11,5 EUR, sorry but no...everything else very good.
*Answer to your question : Have you noticed there are plenty of reviews just like mine complaining about the quantity of the food? As a restaurant owner (yes I have my own caffe and restaurant for the past 10 years) I would think about it and fix it. In other words would it kill your business to put few more ravioli in the plate? No. Cheers...
Read moreVery tasty pizza in a prime location of Vilnius. Plus that they have draught Peroni on tap. The big but though.. my partner ordered a pasta mains dish. What arrives looked like a taster from a sampler menu. Never have I seen a main dish so small with just 8-9 pieces of minuscule pasta. Surprised I politely asked was this correct thinking maybe there had been some oversight. The response I was met with was highly defensive and loud. I was told in no uncertain terms that this was correct and the waitress surprisingly said that she her self thought the same when she started working there which left me more confused.
Disappointing as this place does have the makings of a very good spot if they improved their response to genuine concerns and were more willing to take on board constructive criticism. Hoping this review helps towards that and if not makes you think twice as we...
