McDonald's — Restaurant in Vilnius

Food quality as in every Mcdonald's. But the waiting Times are horrendous. We've been there three times and even though there weren't many people inside, we waited over HALF AN HOUR for Basic order. Even when we ordered a single milkshake we got it after almost 25 minutes, and it clearly was made long time before as it was watery and melted. Staff has no interest in customers and not to mention that almost no one speaks English. I've been in many Mcdonald's restaurants all over The Europe and this one beat all the records in terms of bad service. Also, during busier days management obviously can't provide enough staff to serve all The customers in reasonable conditions. After I asked one of The English speaking staff where is my order which was marked as Ready on the screen, The answer was "there are many numbers on the screen, you wait". Ridiculous. Update: 2025.01.18 I recently placed a takeaway order and unfortunately had a couple of issues. Firstly, the cola I ordered was missing from the bag. When I inquired about it, the staff member asked to see my receipt to verify the order, but did not offer an apology for the omission. Secondly, I paid extra for extra sauce on my Big Tasty, but I couldn't really discern a difference in taste. It made me wonder if the "extra" was truly added. Overall, my recent experience has left me feeling that the service quality has significantly declined.

I ordered food and they lost my order, so I had to wait extra longer, also instead of two cheeseburgers and one double cheeseburger I got all 3 regular cheeseburgers, and fries… unfortunately, they were cold.
