Before I order I asked the staff need to wait how long for now He answered me no need to long

Then I ordered olong pure tea After that my friend ordered a hot tea I waited at the counter to take the tea

I waited for 8-10minutes, my friend’s hot tea already done But my pure tea still awaiting

After 5more minutes(waited 15minutes still counting) I asked for my tea process status The staff ask me wait

After 5 more minutes (waited 20 minutes still counting) I asked the staff is it you guys forgot my tea? Why my friend ordered after me already got the tea But I still waiting?

The staff answered me Sorry sir your tea need to wait for 5more minutes Because it’s still brewing

Until now I already waited 30minutes for my tea

If the staff told me need to wait before I order, I will order the different tea I asked the staff how long need to wait before I order, the staff told me no need to wait too long When I ordering for my tea, the staff didn’t mentioned about I need to wait 30minutes for my tea.

Those rude and arrogant young employees are absolutely helpless to your business. I didn't want you to treat me like a king, but your staffs should have at least shown me some minimum respect. It was okay that it took 20 minutes to complete one simple order. However, I had to wait another few minutes because they didn't tell me even though the drink was already finished. first, i just want to complaint about time preparing the order. i so disappointed how thy prepare customer order. i already wait for 50 mniute for delivery!. and the order not fully prepare yet. that is about prepare n delivery order. second is, if u guys already have overload order from grab or foodpanda why u guys not closed order from the apps a while?? when i come to walkin still u guys open the apps food for taking order? so how about walkin customer ?? last time i come n they staff said, if we want to buy, we must wait 1 and half hour. i very very sad for that. i always craving that drinks but i cant buy cause of full of order and must wait for long hour to get it. serious talk i love your drinks a lot. so please, if order overload already stop the apps and give chances customer to walkin and enjoy they drink.
