i try my best not to leave bad reviews because i understand people are just trying to run a business.
i came here during lunch hour on a thursday. the crowd isnāt as bad as their neighbouring restaurant and they donāt look understaffed at all.
partner ordered tomyum fish noodles and i ordered fried wonton laksa noodles. my partnerās noodles came in ~15mins. i thought my bowl would come just slightly after but no.
i waited. and waited and waited. people who came after us got their food before me and have already finished eating and left.
after what seemed like forever, i called a staff and told her my partner had already long finished his noodles and iām still waiting for mine to come. she checked her system and went āoh ya ok wait ahā
so i waited and waited again and after what seemed like another 15mins they finally served me my noodles. but⦠no apology, no words spoken whatsoever. just placed it in front of me like i havent been waiting this whole time.
fortunately the noodles were good. but what upsets me is - what if i never said anything? would the staff be attentive enough to catch that they havenāt served me my noodles? will i just be foolishly waiting there for hours?
proceeded to pay and the staff ALMOST charged us the wrong price. our bill came out to 30RM and she opened the wrong bill of another table at first, at 50+ RM.
it may just be my dumb luck, but pls dont ever let customers wait so long. itās really bad. some people have to return to the office to work⦠service here needs to buck up if they want to compete with...

We were simply asking questions about the menu but she gave us side eyes and sighed in front of us. To make it worse, she ignored our question by silencing herself. She didn't even answer our questions properly as if she didn't even know about the menu. What kind of staff is this for being rude to their customers and unable to explain the menu properly??
