Terrible Experience with Long-Term Guest in Room 305
I stayed at this hotel from 16th to 18th November 2024, but my experience was ruined due to an aggressive long-term guest staying in Room 305.
First Incident: On the very first evening (around 6 PM), as my family and I were entering our room, this guest suddenly confronted us in the corridor, rudely demanding that we lower our voices. To clarify, we were neither shouting nor being disruptive. My sister immediately apologized, but his behavior felt uncalled for, especially given the noise from Gaya Street and the Nasyid performances, which were clearly audible even inside the rooms.
Second Incident: The next evening, after being out the entire day, we returned to rest at around 8:50 PM. A call from the reception informed us that Room 305 had complained about my child making noise. The hotel suggested moving us to Room 206 to resolve the issue. First,I insist to move due many things need to pack and being tired after tour. Somehow, I need to discuss with my family member about the move.
As I opened the door and walk toward my other sister room with my 5 yo child, the same guest appeared again, aggressively yelling that I was disturbing him. My sister heard a loud voice and firmly shouted him to stop, but he continued shouting, slamming his door violently in front of me and my 5 yo child, and acting in a threatening manner. We were genuinely concerned for our safety.
To Room 305 Guest: If you expect complete silence, perhaps staying in a budget hotel isn’t suitable for you. Even five-star hotels can’t guarantee total soundproofing. We love our country, and we do not welcome sick people to stay. Please go back where you belong.
To the Hotel Management: While I appreciate the offer to move us to another room, it’s alarming that such a hostile individual is allowed to stay as a long-term guest. If this is how he behaves with other guests, it’s only a matter of time before another similar incident occurs. Are his long-term payments more important than ensuring the safety and comfort of other guests?
Final Thoughts: I am a frequent traveler who values respectful behavior and abides by hotel rules. My family and I are neither rowdy nor inconsiderate. However, this experience left me considering whether I should have filed a police report for the threatening behavior.
I cannot recommend this hotel due to its inability to protect guests from such incidents. I hope management takes this feedback seriously for the sake of...

The street's lively energy was palpable, yet the hotel's insulation ensured that noise did not disrupt the room's tranquility. Moreover, the hotel's proximity to several malls within walking distance was a significant convenience, offering easy access to shopping, entertainment, and dining options.Value for MoneyConsidering the room's quality and the hotel's location, the value for money was excellent. The room's rate was competitive, especially given the prime location and the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation. For solo travelers or those looking for a budget-friendly option without sacrificing quality, this hotel single room is highly recommended.Overall RatingI would rate the hotel single room a solid 4 out of 5 stars. The room's cleanliness, comfort, and the hotel's convenient location make it a great choice for travelers visiting the city. While the room's size might be a consideration for some, the efficient use of space and the hotel's amenities more than compensate for this minor aspect.ConclusionIn summary, the hotel single room on Gaya Street offers an excellent balance of comfort, cleanliness, and convenience. Its prime location, combined with its reasonable price point, makes it an attractive option for travelers seeking a pleasant and affordable stay in the city. Whether for a short visit or an extended stay, this hotel delivers a satisfactory experience that meets the needs of...
