Sabah Tourism Board — Attraction in Borneo

We walked and reached the end of Gaya Street and found Sabah Tourism Board building. The facade is a nice photo area since the km0 marker is there. The vibrant colors and stunning architecture make for a great photo opportunity. The sabah is wonderful exotic place to visit, but the jetty jessselton and travelling experience to the islands is too unsightful, please the gov of sabah clean the beach, or hear the tourist suggestion,

relocate the jetty, inconvenient at citycentre rebuild/ relocate the jetty, pasar, seafood, the stretch of waterfront , contributing the sea messiness with litter.. relocate, clean the beach..educate everybody about beach ecosystem make the beach clean.....

The Sabah Tourism office is located in central Kota Kinabalu and relatively easy to find. Their office offers a range of leaflets (most provided by Tour Operators) on tours available in Sabah, plus an computer for searching for more information. There is a manned counter but not sure of the quality of travel advise that will be offered. Open on 'working days' in Sabah - closed on Public Holidays and Sundays which is a shame as that is when tourists tend to need...
