4Fingers Crispy Chicken Gurney Paragon — Restaurant in George Town

Service wise I’d rather put 0 star. Not even 1 star. Had meals here with family a few times as we’ve always loved 4 Fingers. Last time I encountered once with one female staff, I received my order, but my drumettes and wingettes didn’t get enough hot sauce. So I asked the staff for more hot sauce please if not the taste is like normal fried drummets. Then she came back and gave us our meals back with a bit more hot sauce, with a bitter face she said to us “sepatutnya mana boleh tambah2 sauce macam ni.” Hello, if the wingettes and drummets you letak macam 1 spoon of sauce saja, memang patut kena tambah sauce OK? They are always very stingy with their sauce, my husband would have to ask them for more sauce everytime we come here.

Today also same problem, same order and same little amount of hot sauce. Dunno why, you keep the hot sauce to yourself ka so you can bring the hot sauce home eat with your family is it? And the female indian staff today was like in a hurry, ni customer waiting behind me, the restaurant wasnt even full house but you’re taking order like you’re in a hurry, ipad at the counter wasnt even working so I couldnt see what I ordered. I ordered some meals then I couldnt remember what I ordered, she didnt even repeat my order.

Turned out I only got 1 drink, I came with 3 kids and she definitely saw us walking into the restaurant. At least put in the effort to tell me I only have 1 drink in my order would I like to add more drinks or what. No common sense, she kept saying ya sebab tadi puan order 1 set je combo 1 ala carte with a defensive tone. Rude la.

Just shut down your freaking apps if we still need to go to the counter to verify our order. Took my drinks from the cashier staff but she never mentioned anything about the apps being crashed and your kitchen staff can't tracked our order. After waiting for like 15-20mins I asked the lady at the cashier abt my order and that's when she told me abt the apps being crashed. I've waited so long for nothing. The manager or the supervisor are nowhere to be seen. Only that one lady need to handle everything, from taking all the orders, til serving cust food to their table. Mind you they served by asking what food did you order, not by your order number. That's ridiculous bcs a few cust would also ordered the same thing which cause to a problem where your staff would served the food not according to the customers turns of order. I am so...

Cashier never pay attention to our order, kept playing around with his friend, and slowed down the order as there’re a lot of people waiting in queue. Really really oily floor and difficult to walk on, and none of the crew seems like willing to clear off the food by last customer and clean the table, I peaked through the kitchen from the small window on the door, all of them just chilling inside like nobody’s business, we just shift the tray and leftovers ourself. Leaking basin since opening day.. come on man, one side of the floor is oily, and another side is flooding with leaked pipe.... I know 4Fingers are very well known and ‘famous’, but if you can’t manage your place well, how long can the fame last? And I really don’t want to judge the music, but I’m sure 4Fingers isn’t some Thai...
