05/04/24 An absolute garbage when it comes to service. Due to the lunch hour rush the servers can't even cater to the demand. Obviously there's a huge sign that writes "please wait to be seated" and yet no one seems to care as patrons just enter as they please. Typical Penangnites that are complete douches and the lack of personnel to even control the crowd. Might as well just remove the sign and junk it. It is pointless anyways. The manager can't even do crap about it and won't give a "F" about the issue. It's just "take it or leave it" kinda attitude.

TL;DR, great place to pig out, drink and relax for the weekend. Overall good food, great price and a wonderful time with friends or family.

With a large menu, they really do serve almost everything, ranging from western to Asian fusion. An extensive selection of alcoholic and non alcoholic to suit your needs.

If you like thin crusted pizzas, do give theirs a try. It's made to suit the Malaysian palate. Their burgers are massive and will definitely fill anyone's stomach after a long gruelling work week. Gushing it down with beer really hits the spot.

Ambience was a-ok, music wasn't too loud, booth was just comfortable.

Service was prompt and fast. Servers are well versed in English, although there is a bit of a slang, but definitely comprehendable.

if you are craving for 'not so high end' western food , this is the right place for you! I can recommend this restaurant to everybody who is craving for cheap, good quality of foods! this restaurant not only serve western foods, they also serve local style foods. This restaurant is open started from 11.30am , also they provide lunch set for those who is coming for lunch, and the price is quite worthy! Anyway, we had order grilled lamb chop and the fish and chips today, I am satisfied with the lamb chop i ordered today. They cooked accordingly want I want, and the sauce/ dips are just perfect with the lamb chops. For me i prefer the lamb chops have fatty tissue all around the flesh. Maybe in others point of view, the lamb chops are too fatty. For me im just okay. I cant give comment about fish and chips, but it is not too oily, and the portion is just nice, not too much .. Service is getting worst. I work at Hunza Tower, I visit Brew House paragon at least once a week so I already know all the prices of the lunches, and they never charged us for the plain water and take way. However, the 1 time that I am bringing a client to Brew House and he wanted take away and I confidently assured him there will be no charges, but your man probably dont like us and told us there is charges. I thought alright maybe it's newly implemented. but no! the next day i went as usual with work colleague and we order take away but there is no charges! its so embarassing for me in front of the client. Food quality is getting bad, I can order the same thing every week but it comes different everytime. For instance, the aglio olio seafood pasta, the ingredients inside is different every week it’s a surprise. Sometimes you will get clam only, sometimes with squid sometimes don’t, other time you will find little tiny prawns too.
