Best & Authentic Turkish food! New gem, new Turkish Restaurant in town. Great food & service. A must try resto, serves authentic Turkish cuisine. Chef owner (and Malaysian partner owner too) is Turkish and descendant of Bash (leader) of Turkish cuisine. Cozy ambience, heritage resto w/ Chinese antique mixed w/ Turkish decor, unique n pretty antique. Friendly and helpful staffs, Alaa the Manager is very informative too. Warm welcome, story of Bash and showing the Pulled Lamb Shoulder that off the bone and so tender & making Turkish coffee on the hot sand. Booking is required especially dinner time. Parking is on street side or nearby private parking. Highly recommended!

⭐️Smoked Lamb Shoulder w/ Avocado RM203.50: pulled off the bone big meat, so tender so tasty, served w/ 3 gravies: honey, black pepper & pomegranate. A must try dish! ⭐️ Kabab Ali Nazk RM60.50: lamb kebab in chunks, on top of creamy yummy n nutty sauce. Recommended! ⭐️ Lamb Soup RM19.80: nice mild broth w/ tender lamb meat, carrot and potatoes. Love it! ⭐️ Chicken Chicko RM35.20: slices chicken and mushroom in delish creamy sauce. Served w/ rice. Yum!! ⭐️ Minced Lamb Pastry RM7.70: Mini bread w/ minced lamb, love it! ⭐️ Grape Leaves RM19.80: appetiser mixed minced lamb n others, bit sour n delish. ⭐️ Sujouk Sandwich RM13.20: crispy bread w/ minced Turkish sausage. Delicious and crisp. Love it! 🥘 Makmor Lamb w/ Rice RM41.80: chunky lamb & Pearl onion on creamy sauce ❤️ Thanks to Al Bash for delicious Turkish Coffee, Mango Orange n Rice...

The place is on the smaller side but beautifully decorated and they’ve incorporated the buildings heritage style into their decor. The atmosphere is really calm and overall so welcoming. We called a few days in advance and booked a table and gave our food order a few hours before we arrived since it was ramadan and we wanted to break our fasts there. They accommodated our requests without any issue.

There was a group of 10 people and most places tend to have a couple mistakes with such a large group. The staff at Al-Bash made no mistakes, provided excellent service and were so attentive without hovering.

The food, god where do I begin! It was divine. Every dish we tried was better than the last. Such tender meat, rich flavours and amazing textures. The food was so fresh and beautifully presented, hats off to their chef.

This was our order: 1x Fatoush 2x al bash rice 1x lamb tikka 2x pickles 2x lamb kebab 1x Hummus with lamb 2x Kebab eggplant 2x Kebab kashkash 1x kebab ali Nazik 2x lamb steako 1x Makmour lamb

I can honestly say I would recommend each one of these dishes! The food was so good that the table went silent because we were all enjoying the food so much. I got so into the food I forgot to take pictures.

I can’t wait to...

The Greek and Turkish foods here are very delicious. I like it because it is not so oily compared to other places that I have tried. Good quality ingredients are used too.

The Tabbouleh salad for example, is an herb salad. Initially, I thought it will have strong raw green parsley taste. To my surprise, the Chef made it well balanced that I can eat it just like that. It also goes really well too when I added hummus and Tabbouleh on a piece of that soft and thin Pita Bread. Very nice!

The Chef is very passionate in introducing his country authentic foods. I've tried the Smoked Lamb Shoulder platter. It is so soft, tender and juicy that the bone can slide out so easily from the flesh. But, remember to go with at least 5 people or more because it can be quite filling....all lean meat! I did not see fats, that's what I truly like about it, good protein (the lamb is not smelly too).

Overall, good quality ingredients are used, dishes are well presented when it is served. If you cannot finish, request to takeaway (don't waste because the Chef really use good ingredients).

Not only the tummy is happy after eating, even the eyes get to feast happily:) Worth trying, value for money for the quality you get. I'm a satisfied...

As a starter, I had the lamb soup. It was very tasty – personally, I think this soup doesn’t need vegetables, but it still tasted great. For the main course, I had the Kebab Eggplant, and I really enjoyed it! Very flavorful and well prepared – it was the highlight of the meal. The staff were very attentive, friendly, and informative. The service quality was exactly what you would expect from a good restaurant. The ambience isn’t traditionally Turkish, but that wasn’t my expectation anyway. It was stylish, cozy, and very clean. The air-conditioning was a bit too cold for my taste, but that’s something you find in many places in Malaysia. Price-wise, it’s a bit above the local average, but the value for money and the quality were absolutely in line. I paid 95 RM for a soup, a main course, a large bottle of sparkling water, and a tea – I had checked the prices beforehand and found them fair considering the overall experience. Definitely recommend!
