I can confidently say that this breakfast experience was well worth it, especially within such a comfortable environment. The buffet breakfast was priced at just RM20 nett per person, which is essentially the same as the regular meal price of RM20 for a full meal. Opting for the breakfast buffet was undoubtedly a fantastic value-for-money choice.

We have a very good dining experience at Auction Room on our departure day. Everyone was very nice and attentive. We had their nice Kunyit Fried Chicken and they recommend us to have the Kiwi Berry Tea and Melbourne black tea. Both very fragrant and nice. A special appreciation to Jamal who is very friendly and helpful and always attentive to the guest needs. When I choke on spicy chilli sambal that came with the food, he was fast to help me refill my water to reduce the spiciness.

We have previously bought some halal assam sambal paste from the streets before coming over to check into the hotel, thinking that there is fridge in the hotel room. But we did not find any fridge in our room and the Kimberly hotel receptions were not helpful at all. However, when i approach Jamal for help, he has gone the extra mile to help us store our purchases in his own room fridge for 2 days. Thank you Jamal! He has make it possible for me to bring a bit of penang taste back home with me!

The Chicken Parmigiana from the 3-course tastemaker menu exceeded expectations with its succulent chicken and generous cheese topping. The bundle, including a delightful mushroom soup with garlic bread, provided excellent value. The Grilled Dory fillets with pomegranate sauce, part of an affordable set meal at RM20, stood out as a unique and delicious highlight. The inclusive soup of the day added to the value.

A special mention goes to Jamal, the maître d’, whose dedication to hospitality and impressive coffee art skills added a personal touch to the dining experience. His exceptional service extended beyond the norm, including a complimentary dessert and lending an umbrella during unexpected rain.
