Bread History (Prangin Mall) — Restaurant in George Town

I recently visited your store and had an unpleasant experience with one of the female cashiers. She was wearing white and displayed very rude and unwelcoming body language. When I approached to make payment, she turned her face away from me and simply held out the card machine without even making eye contact or saying anything. Her attitude made me feel like I was being a burden rather than a customer.

While I understand her job is just to handle payments, basic courtesy and professionalism should still be expected. I did not feel welcomed or respected during the interaction—it felt like I was being treated as someone trying to cause trouble, rather than a paying customer. I hope this feedback can be used to improve the level of customer service...

what a lousy service from staff.. came to this bakery already have my item ready to be pay while queuing .. ( fyi infront of me a customer just done with their payment, so i thought i was next in line). then come another customer out of no where put their item on cashier table n still waiting for tart order to be done.. i means the staff should have gone to next customer who item already complete n ready to pay.. instead all 3 staff attend to this particular customer waiting to put her order complete.. what a waste of time.. manager or what soever in-charge there, please control ur crowd with wisdom la.. how is it possible for u want to wait for tart to come from the kitchen? just to favor 1 customer while chatting2 n...

Not many choices available. I purchased a strawberry cake for my son’s birthday, but the surface felt too dry, which made the cake less enjoyable. It seemed like the cake might not have been fresh. I noticed a similar issue with a few other cakes as well. I hope the restaurant owner can address this to ensure customers get fresher cakes in the future.
