We had a great experience today with the Staff at this nice Shop. We already informed us. About Backpacks. And we direct talk to the very friendly Lady. Her Name Husna. We are looking for some Backpack's from Osprey. Osprey I want say is No. 1 about Backpacks around the World... Yes said Mrs. Husna we have that Brand. And in Penang, is this Shop the only one for this Brand Osprey. So Mrs. Husna, my Wife and I. Talking about what we looking for. And exactly Mrs.Husna shows us this Style of Backpacks, what suits us. For Carrying, Handling and Size. So both of us, we trying three different styles. My Wife, direct said I like that one Aura AG LT 50. I was first not sure which one for me. And now comes one more Staff and let me know, his knowledge about Osprey experience... So after I choosed Atmos AG LT 50. The reason for both of us. We Feel very Comfortable with this two Backpacks. Now we waiting for our Next Travel Trip to pack this two Backpack's. To have our own experience. We want say to all this four Very friendly and helpfully Staff's at Trees & Sun Shop. Just walking by and spotted this store. I had been looking for a drybag with shoulder straps and found a 20 l Hypergear bag here. We also bought a luggage strap and a couple of quick drying small towels. The staff were friendly and helpful. They had a huge selection of back packs and waist packs from Fjallraven, Osprey, Deuter; multitools, knives, and axes; all sorts of camping gear; leech gaiters and insect repellent. Interesting stuff as I was unaware that camping was popular...

Met Husna in the store and such a friendly and accommodative staff. She run thru the store with me and of course we bought some small stuff. Because of her great hospitality, I just told her I will come with my car and do a mass shopping soon next time….thanks again Trees & Sun Out door…I will...
