Frankly, the service is quite bad for the price of the food we're paying. Food doesn't get served all at once but came one by one with 15-20 minutes in between, so the first dishes were already cold. Perhaps our table was missed out as the bigger tables around us had almost all their food despite us coming before them. But that just concludes that they were not attentive enough since the waitress/manager did not seem to be sorry in the slightest when they served the last dish. In fact, when our dish was served, some spilled on the table, and not a single apology was given. Unexpected from such an expensive restaurant.

I am writing to report an incident that occurred during my visit on 10/07/2025 at around 11.10am, While we were dining, we noticed a cockroach came out from the dim sum basket and running around our table, which was extremely disturbing and unacceptable in the food service environment. This incident raises serious concerns about cleanliness and pest control at your restaurant, Aside that the staff shows no concern or remorse when we brought it up and asking us how do you want to settle your bill. We refused to settle the whole bill cause we only had two dishes, the rest was ruined due to cockroach came out of the dim sum basket. Staff then agreed that no payment needed.
