Had no problems with anything, the souffle pancakes were delicious, Uji matcha was great, natural, really creamy and not bitter, and cocoa was also good(my sister liked it really much), but prices have skyrocketed from the last time we were here, because almost all prices have raised, some to 5 more ringit, some less some more, but if before it was pretty expensive, then now my dad was in total shock, for souffle pancakes(berry in love, honey & cinnamon)and uji matcha and cocoa, we paid 81.62 RM, like what? My whole family(2 adults, 1 teenager and 1 kid) could eat in another restaurant and pay the same price, not just me(teen) and my sister. And it's not like something changed, and that's why prices raised, no, prices just raised, and also the last time I was here it wasn't 5 years ago, because then I could understand why, but no, I was here a YEAR AGO, 1 YEAR AGO, so I don't understand why prices raised so much. And so, I think it's the last time we are here, because prices are already high, and if they continue to grow at this rate, they will probably not be...

It is located in one of the Macalister Hotel area. The place was not big, but served a good meal & varieties of dessert from kakigori to toasts and waffles. We tried their white fish, which was really good! The souffle was also smooth, puffy, and delicious. We also loved their kakigori, which was softer than we thought. I personally felt that the matcha kakigori was a bit bitter...I wished it was much on the sweet side. But my husband liked it! The ambience was good and they gave free flow water that you can take on the counter. I only wish they upgrade the seating with cushion....so that people can sit more...

If you’re a Muslim, do not come here. The place does not use halal ingredients. We asked the first person about the meat being halal or not & she replied back with ‘pork free’ which doesn’t answer the question of other halal meats.

Besides that, I went to try the pancakes & again asked about the ingredients to determine if they were halal sourced. The person serving had no clue & asked her colleagues sitting at the back & they mingled between themselves to no final answer.

In summary, the restaurant does not have a halal certification & neither does their staff knows about the ingredients being used in...

We ordered a melon shaved ice, matcha shaved ice, ‘snow white’ soufflé and a fish-stick snack for tea time desserts. Overall, the desserts were satisfactory but we had to wait about 40mins between our first and second shaved ice. The melon shaved ice was refreshing but the melons were not exactly fresh. The matcha shaved ice was not too bad with the matcha powder flavouring more on the lighter side. The soufflé was tasty, well-balanced and the best of everything we had. If you are visiting, do check on your order from time to time. Apart from that, it is a nice little cafe to have a meal and dessert.
