Adding to our frustration, we found the overall cost of the food and drinks to be exorbitantly high. Particularly shocking was the rm14 charge for a pot of rice. When we asked for a refill, assuming it would be complimentary as implied by the waiter, we were hit with another rm14 charge. This misleading information about complimentary refills compounded our sense of being misled and overcharged.
