KFC JB Sentral — Restaurant in Johor

Wait for an hour just for 6 egg tart, 😡 thinking they didn't make it standby because they thought nobody gonna order,told me to wait 15 mins,and give me a small cardboard they send it to me and guess what?😂turn out waited 1 hour,if I didn't asked I'll be waiting more than just an hour,they said they send it already but I didn't received my precious egg tarts,and a worker there that supposed to send it to me explained say she go there but she didn't saw the cardboard and me,thinking I go to the counter or go out already,HELLO!!!,I PAID ALREADY AND I WAITED MORE THAN 15 MINS,THEN I GO OUT???, spoil my mood,foods so far okay,the first time I come this place also same experience,I help them throw the trash,and the worker there I think is the same one,she's there picking up the trash,I saw she's busy there,so I throw inside the bin first and I go out,then I heard her saying Malay behind me something like "I'm picking trash here,you still throw it inside bin"😭 how I know where to throw,I saw bin I throw lah,it's simple as that,she's already picking up,later I throw wrongly still kena marah,how I know where to throw,give it to her ah?,I give trash to an elder,(she's an elder I think)the image look good?,I'll throw this egg tarts trash I make,after this I'll not help anymore,just put it on the table,throw also got marah,no throw also kena,why bother waste time to throw just put it...

I am a paying customer, yet I was treated with disrespect. I waited for some time before I was served by an Indian lady. When I asked to pay, I was basically ignored by the Indian lady and the Malay lady.

There were Indian customers shortly after my turn. That Indian lady immediately went to serve them & spoke to them. Racism? I don’t know, you tell me. When I spoke to her, she ignored me, no eye contact either.

Waited for my drinks, only for her to ignore me, and serve numbers after me. My number #939, she served numbers after mine up till 945. When I questioned my drinks again, she said, “I haven’t give you right? Then you wait”, but dude she’s serving drinks to all the numbers after me.

Then comes the Malay lady, come on, if you want to gossip about the customers, do it behind close doors. Don’t stay there and make all kind of obvious gesture.

Another staff, put her legs on the chair. And making loud noises. Management, please kindly control your staff.

I will never come back here again. Service is atrocious. Kindly please...

Cashier was rude and when ask for help from the KIOSK machine staff take their own sweet time and made everyone wait for it , end up both KIOSK machine was not working , they don’t accept ordering at cash register which is very weird. The only way to order is through the KIOSK machine. Wait for a good 20mins to order as the machine kept having error and at the point of time only one of the machine is working and what is worst is when it is our turn to order at the KIOSK machine was not working LOL and end up both machine was not working in the end made everyone queuing up frustrated customers was asking for help for the KIOSK machine , all of the staff just stand inside and ignore the customer’s request worst customer service ever. we ended up not eating at KFC and wasted a good 30mins there. FYI staff was completely aware that the KIOSK machine was not working and did not come and assist us and instead they just stand inside the store and stare at us when as for help , they took their own sweet time coming...
