I went to this McDonald’s outlet at about 12am today with my family to eat supper. We went through the drive through. It was very a very long wait for our food. The customer service there was very poor. The man at the register for delivery held us there and just left. He talked in a rather unpleasant tone. It was clear that he did not even want to talk to us. His facade was also very fake and he did not even maintain eye contact throughout. When he was helping us to put our food in a receipt, my father clearly ordered a separate McNugget meal but the man ignorantly did not put in the effort to clearly listen properly and end up we had to order again. Next, while we collecting our food from the pick up window, the other man completely forgot to give us our second cup of milo as we ordered 2. After we told him, with an annoyed face he bluntly replied with an ‘oh’. I felt that that action was really rude. He also dropped the ketchup that he was gonna give my father. When I tried the mcspicy, it looked so bland and ugly. It tasted like mcchicken and I was clearly very dissatisfied. Before that point, I had never been unhappy and McDonald’s before. The fries was too overcooked. The food did not even look good. The nuggets also looked like it was very soggy and had been left there for a long time. I had clearly and repeatedly ordered a Spicy Chicken McDeluxe during both the order-taking and payment stages. I even confirmed it again while paying. However, despite this, your team wrongly packed and gave me a beef burger without repeating the order at the final collection point.
As a Hindu, this is an extremely serious matter. Consuming beef is against my religious beliefs and practices. It was only by chance that I noticed the mistake on the packaging while on my way back — otherwise, this could have resulted in significant emotional and religious distress.
This mistake reflects: • Lack of basic sensitivity and awareness towards religious dietary restrictions. • Poor attention to detail despite multiple confirmations. • Failure to repeat and verify the order during pickup, which is a basic quality control step.
I am extremely disappointed and feel disrespected by this careless handling of food orders. Such incidents should never happen, especially in a diverse country like Malaysia where staff must be trained to recognize and respect customer sensitivities.
I expect: • A formal apology from your branch. • Immediate corrective actions to retrain your staff on order handling and religious sensitivity. • Assurance that measures will be put in place to prevent such serious mistakes in the future.

Read more11/9/2025 9pm dine in at this branch for late dinner. Ordered our favorite fried chicken, requested at counter to EXCLUDE drumstick and chicken wing. Counter indian auntie was helpful to inform the Indian guy about our request. But the Indian guy wearing headphone (pls refer to your CCTV) scolded the auntie and end up deliver 2 chicken wings 1 drumstick and 1 chicken breast for our order. We ordered another set using app and informed a Malay lady at the counter, we don't want chicken wing and drumstick. Malay lady informed the same Indian guy and the Indian guy gave an unpleasant face to Malay lady. End up we received 1 chicken wing and 1 chicken breast again.
