The Chicken Rice Shop @ Toppen Shopping Centre — Restaurant in Johor

Worst service ever. The staff all very slow like never eat for 10 days. I have been waiting at waiting area located outside of the premises and no other person waited behind me too (means it is non peak hours). There is several tables available yet the counter staff never approach us to proceed with seating. Are you dreaming at counter and waiting for the customer to wake you up from dreaming? Again, we waited for the staff to take order but still no one approached us. I have decided to go the counter to made the order. I only wanted to order rojak and wanton sup but it's unavailable. So why we need to wait for the item that is not available. Your staff really works slow, please improve the effectiveness of the operations otherwise it's very irritating. I didn't expect any apologies, please re-train your staff increase the effectiveness...

You deserve NO STAR actually. very very very bad service. Even the manager, so rude. the staff? of course followed their manager. RUDE ATTITUDE.

We wanted extra baby chair, the manager ask with rude tone ‘nak apa?’, then she rolling her eyes just because we wanted extra baby chair and told us ‘sukatilah nanti U yang sempit’. wth??

Queued at 2:50 PM for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged. The manager acted just like a regular staff member — no manners at all. We were asked to sit at a table that hadn’t even been wiped clean; I had to ask them to wipe it down myself. Waited more than 20 minutes for the food to arrive. The meat was mostly bones — not sure if the knife was blunt or if the chef lacked skill. The portion sizes were inconsistent. The food was terrible — the worst chicken rice I've ever had.
