This place used to be popular and crowded especially on weekend. Now the crowd seems less and I had terrible experience especially with the service.
Ordered drinks and we wanted an additional drink which is a hot plain water but waiter mentioned they can't serve hot plain water as it is not in the menu. The reason we wanted just a plain of hot water because a friend was having tummy pain and need hot plain water and we don't mind if it is chargeable. Just because it is not in the menu they don't allow us. Total rubbish. You can serve hot drinks but can't serve hot plain water? Ridiculous isnt it? Restaurant should at least put it in menu and charge at least when customer want to order they will pay for it. We asked 3 times for HOT PLAIN WATER but was rejected!!!! Totally unacceptable. Just because you own the restaurant you can just shut your customer off.
Second issue was the service of shisha. Ordered double apple mint and when the staff serve the shisha, he just put it beside me and quickly WALK AWAY without saying anything. On the plate of shisha bowl there are total of 6 charcoal cubes. (Its like telling me, ok just help yourself with it.) I am not being petty. The day before I went to Marrakesh and their shisha service was tip top awesome. Staff help to unwind the hose pipe and even help to place the charcoal. Even asked if the shisha is fine. And best part, staff was quick to change the charcoal. At Andalus, the staff took so long to change the charcoal (despite not many crowd). When change the charcoal, staff just place the charcoal on the shisha plate and walk away. Rude much!!!
Third and last when paying the bill, the cashier did not even say thank you and he even have the cheek talking to his colleagues while handing me over the receipt.
Not recommended and I dont think of going again unless the staff have more courtesy...

Read moreI came to this place when I visited KL for one week. This place close to my hotel. My first impression when came was all the staff really UNFRIENDLY. Lucky they have tasty food with big portion and I can say price not expensive.
They have many choices of mid east food. My fave menu was chicken kebab, shredded chicken serve with French fries ( I forgot the name ) and banana chocolate crepe with vanilla ice cream as dessert.. yuuum ..
They also serve shisa, our favourite shisa was grapes mint.
Their portion for food really big, with price above 20RM.. if you're woman and come with your woman friend you can order for sharing. For kebab sandwich just standard size, but it's really passed for my tummy with price around 10RM.
In the lunch time they have promo 13RM for all selected menu including soft drinks. Lunch time I think start from 12 - 3 pm. The portion for lunch exactly pass to make your tummy very happy.
The funny thinks is , after 3 days in a row we came there, I always said to my bf this is will be our last time to eat here. But next day always came back here, again and again everyday for 7days we became their customer.
And their unfriendly staff gradually became nice with us.
I can say, I was happy with their food, with the ambient ( my fave spot is table with 2 chairs close to bar station ;) ) Usually we always stayed there min...
