Hard to miss TS Law Tower, the whole building is lighted with video advertisement. Fu Hotpot is located in TS Law Tower at Level 13. Parking is available in the building, chargeable.
Upon walking out of the lift, my first impression was such a fancy place the price also must definitely be fancy. I checked out the menu first to avoid having to eat grass for the rest of the week. Apart from the soup base, i feel the common ingredient pricing are pretty decent for a fancy looking place like this.
Some ingredients are available in half/full portion, some only one portion.
Pork Bone White Soup Full Pot (rm55); Delly, but i feel abit thirsty after drinking but still delly.
Free Flow Tea & Dipping Sauce (rm5/pax); not much choice of condiments but the necessary ones are available like spring onion, garlic, shallot oil, sesame oil, chili slice, their own made chili etc.
Premium Pork Shoulder Sliced Full Plate (rm28); pork is thick and yummy.
Hotate Scallop (rm18); decent quantity and fresh.
Australian Lamb Slices Half Plate (rm20); lamb kinda smelled.
Crabstick Half Plate (rm8); tasty that i ordered two. Not the typical crabstick but Japanese kind.
Lotus Root Slice (rm12); nice and fresh.
White Radish Slice (rm10); nice and fresh.
King Oyster Mushroom (rm13); nice and fresh.
Service is great, the waiters constantly come over to check (clearing empty plates, refilling soup, taking out scum from the soup). Their service fee of 10% i gladly pay. You know how some places are shameless charges service fee but you get no service plus your hands get tired from waving in an attempt to get their attention.
Anyways, good place for hotpot if you don't...

The decor of this place is super duper nice. The concept is sing k and hotpot style to enjoy a private room for yourself.
We had the crab and Lala soup which per whole pot cost RM168 and I actually like it much. Inside is packed w sweet seafood from crab to clam to abalone and you will definitely like it too. Trust me!
Other than that, we ordered meat slices, vege (very small portion) as well as ball ball (also small portion) but the freshness of the ingredients are definitely there.
However, the sauces are really limited which they shouldn't charge per head count for that after all. Outside hotpot chargers are with dessert, fruits, variety of sauces as well as drinks but they had limited to no choices. Oh well ~ they definitely can improved for this part.
Ohh and the waiter is annoying, in the mid of the food enjoyment or sing k session (fully served) they walked in to interrupt and we felt little embarrassed.

Read moreFu Pot has never failed me. This was my 16th visit and it's still hands down my favourite hotpot restaurant. Absolutely the best to host for any occasions and business meetings. The service is always top-notch and a special shout out this time to AH Seong and Cherry for their friendly, attentive service that made the my guest experience even better. The private room with karaoke is super comfortable and really elevates the whole dining experience. My go-to-appetizer has to be Mala Crispy Popcorn chicken. As soup bases, truffle mushroom, premium chicken and da hong pao mala soup is a must try. Quality ingredients and i highly recommend their Fu Wagyu Beef platter, shrimp paste, Spanish iberico pork and Seafood Platter. Fu pot remains unbeaten in private dining experience for a Quality...
