TRX Residences was really impressed with the overall experience. The unit was beautifully designed—modern, clean, and very comfortable. I appreciated the attention to detail in the interior.

The view from the apartment was stunning, especially at night when the city lights came on. The facilities are outstanding—there's a well-equipped gym, beautiful swimming pool, co-working spaces, and plenty of green areas to relax. Security and management have also been very professional and responsive so far.

Location-wise, it's unbeatable. It’s directly connected to The Exchange TRX mall, which has a great selection of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The MRT is just downstairs, making it super convenient to get around KL without driving.

Incident Report – 16 August 2026, 6:00 AM

At approximately 6:00 AM on 16 August 2026, I accidentally entered residence area and requested the gate to be opened so I could pass through. However, the guard on duty informed me that NOT ALLOWED and then closed the window without offering assistance or alternative directions.

As a result, I was forced to make an illegal turn in order to exit, and had to use a road I was not permitted to drive on. Thankfully, due to the early hour, there were no other vehicles present. Otherwise, the situation could have been extremely dangerous. I hope this issue can be reviewed, as such scenarios pose serious safety risks and may require clearer signage or better protocols from security...
