ย ย ย Read moreI had such a satisfying meal here โ everything we ordered turned out surprisingly good!
We started with the Angtara Big Breakfast โ a huge portion that comes with three slices of ham, eggs, sausage, and toast. Itโs the kind of breakfast that makes you feel full but not greasy, and everything was nicely seasoned.
The Nasi Lemak with Ayam Berempah was another favorite โ the chicken was crispy outside, juicy inside, and the sambal had just the right balance of spicy and sweet.
For something lighter, we also tried the Kaya Butter Toast and the Sambal Ikan Bilis Sourdough. The kaya toast was nostalgic and comforting โ simple but perfect โ while the sourdough one had a nice local twist that worked really well.
Drinks were also on point: the Osmanthus Coffee (Cold) had a lovely floral aroma that made it unique, and the Yuzu Glow Mojito was refreshing with a nice citrus kick.
We ended the meal with desserts โ the Brownie Ice Cream and Burnt Cheesecake โ both rich and satisfying without being too sweet.
Overall, I really enjoyed the food and the cozy vibes here. Perfect spot for brunch or a chill afternoon catch-up with friends. Definitely...

What a delight, then, to stumble upon this new-ish cafรฉ, just three months in, dishing out local favourites with a creative twist.
Craving something light, we were pleased to find plenty of tempting options. And when in doubt, the kopitiam stalwarts - Nasi Lemak Ayam Berempah and Curry Laksa - make the perfect litmus test for any kitchen. In that department, this place more than held its own. Portions are generous, almost indulgent. The laksa comes brimming with toppings, and the nasi lemak arrives flanked by thoughtfully curated sides. You can tell the kitchen cares - not just about taste, but presentation too. The plating is elegant without being fussy, and we noticed.
The service? Top marks. Our server - a young Chinese lad - was attentive, intuitive, and genuinely enthusiastic. That kind of energy elevates a simple meal into something warm and memorable.
All things considered, itโs a spot weโd gladly return to - both for the food and...
