Food is fire and I have been enjoying their food through grab delivery. Today i decided to dine in for the first time with my family and what a disappointing experience it was. Our orders were constantly forgotten despite constant reminders. It started with our drinks as we need to remind our waiter to bring out 1 missing drink which was no big deal and the drink was brought out after being reminded. But what was beyond frustrating was we ordered our dishes with 3 bowls of rice. Our dishes came along with 1 bowl of rice. We waited a while thinking the waiter was going back to retrieve the 2 remaining bowls. After a while, we reminded the waiter then waited a few more minutes. No rice arrived. Reminded again... Few minutes later, another waiter brought out 2 servings of Chapati??? "No, we ordered 2 more bowls of rice, not chapati" Waiter took the chapati back and we thought he will come back soon with our rice. Another few minutes gone past. No rice. Reminded another waitress "Excuse me, we are supposed to get 2 more bowls of rice and have been waiting for a while." She went back to the kitchen and brought out 1 bowl of rice. ONE. At this point im just speechless... Had to remind her again, "its 2 bowls of rice pls bring back 1 more..." waited a few more minutes and finally our last bowl of rice arrived and we could finally enjoy our meal. I had to say this is probably the most frustrating dining experience I've encountered. Would i ever dine in here again?...

Lately I found myself in search for good Indian food. No I'm not talking about those mamak stalls or regular roti canai shop, but more of those proper full-fledged restaurants that serve Indian food regardless Northern or Southern style.
After being impressed by Spice Kitchen in JB, I started to scour Klang Valley for similar experience. After Tasty Chapathy, someone pointed me to Big Singh Chapati and soon I made my way there.
◾Egg Kofta Nargasi (with minced chicken) RM16.90 - two types of protein in one wholesome bowl made a good proposition and good thing was that the flavour hit the right spot. ◾Butter Chicken RM25.90 - the best non-spicy option for the princess who love Indian food but couldn't take spicy. The gravy made a perfect accompaniment for the chapati. ◾Chicken Briyani RM15.90 - it's overall flavour and seasoning didn't disappoint. I quickly let the young ones to finish it before I did. ◾Tandoori Chicken (Quarter) RM10.90 - so far all the tandoori chicken that I ate didn't disappoint me and this was no exception with its tender, juicy & well-marinated meat. ◾Paneer Tikka Butter Masala RM24.90 - generous amount of paneer spread on top made my dining experience enjoyable. I ate at least 70% of this dish alone. ◾regular chapati starts from RM2.00 ◾Masala Chai RM5.50
On par (if not better than) with Tasty Chapati - I know that this is going to...
Read morePersonally, I like the food here a lot. It's yummy. But was a bit disappointed with the service today. It's a Tuesday, I went at about 1 pm, so lunch time, it was fairly relaxed, maybe 3 or 4 other tables aside from us, the rest were empty. But the wait for the food was quite long ~20+ minutes. Then it was about their promos - if u take their lunch set promo, u can't take their daily promo...but the server told us this upfront, so ok, we complied and chose 1 promo. When it was time to pay, we wanted to make use of the Grab dine out deal, basically the reason we chose to come here today, BUT then he said "oh if you want to use Grab then u cannot use any of our in house promos, so again, need to choose either one". 🤨 this was not told upfront which I am unhappy about. I don't understand - you guys should be promoting the Grab dine out deals to your advantage. Other places are doing so and for me, I have been more attracted to go. Anyway, I think I'm done with this place for now. Oh, and their masala chai is already sweetened, which is also a -1 for me because I think we should always have...
