The serving staffs speaked very little BM , English .Think possibly they speak only Tamil . I ordered fish curry with one piece of fish , it came out a piece of fried fish . What ??? I didn't want to make a fuss so I excepted that .😑 The fried fish was also bland with no salt added . The fried chicken is so disappointing , the chef forgot to put any salt while marinating it or while cooking it .It was bland ! Dried , bland & flavourless .The server admitted it was tasteless as he tried a piece in the kitchen & apologised. I didn't ask for any replacement .I tried to eat with with soya sauce as suggested by the waiter but I just couldnt finish fried chicken dipping in soya sauce . After eating a few pieces I kept the leftover chicken for my dog .😑 The fish curry , dhal gravy that goes with our murtabak & roti canai was not flavourful & tasted bland too . The dried mutton curry I ordered was no good either .Spicy but also bland like they ran out of salt that day . Why everything bland , no salt ???? Only thing good was the roti tissue , not oily & crispy .Masala tea was good too . BUT they were not good enough to save the day with RM130 plus spent for 5 .(plus a dog at home ) I hope they really improve , having to forget salt in a restaurant is ridiculous .And they only suggested to dip it in soya sauce .While I asked them for salt , they told me they don't have salt . What the fxxk ???? U could not even send someone to buy a packet of salt ? ??? It is unacceptable. I hope the boss will look into this serious matter of running the restaurant properly with good staffs since it was opened since 1994 and I have heard so many good things about this restaurant and saw quite a few tables of possibly frequent customers.

I recently had the pleasure of enjoying fried chicken served on banana leaves, and it was a truly unique and satisfying experience. The banana leaf not only added a rustic and traditional touch to the presentation, but it also subtly enhanced the flavor of the meal. There’s something special about eating off a natural, eco-friendly surface that connects you to the roots of traditional cooking, especially in Southeast Asian or South Indian cuisine. The fried chicken itself was crispy, juicy, and perfectly seasoned. But what made the whole experience memorable was how the banana leaf held in the heat and allowed the aromas of the chicken and accompanying sides—like rice, sambal, or curry—to mingle beautifully. The slight earthy fragrance of the leaf complemented the richness of the fried chicken without overpowering it. Additionally, banana leaves are naturally non-stick and hygienic, making them a great alternative to plates. They also add an authentic cultural vibe that elevates a simple meal into something more meaningful and enjoyable. Overall, the pairing of fried chicken with banana leaves isn’t just about taste—it’s about tradition, sustainability, and sensory experience. Highly recommended if you’re looking for something beyond the ordinary.

This is place used to be one of the best mamaks around especially for their basic Roti Canai. However, over several recent visits I felt that their food standards have started to become both inconsistent and subpar, and their service abysmmally slow and apathetic. I suggest taking the curries for your Rotis yourself. The Thosai Masala here has a nice skin and batter, but the filling feels very underspiced, monochrome and watery. The dhall curry here is a little more on the liquid side, but still has a good flavour. The white coconut chutney on the other hand lacks thickness and balance, and the tomato curry is servicable. Do note that the Horlicks 'O' is very dilute and not worthwhile if you are a fan. Food: 3-4 stars depending on your luck, Drinks: 2-3 stars depending on what you order, Service: 1-3 stars depending on congestion.

HI THERE TO OWNER OF THE JAIPUR CURRY HOUSE 🏡. I ALWAYS ENJOY YOUR FOOD SINCE 2007 . I WAS THERE ON 13TH MARCH 2022 SUNDAY FOR LUNCH 🍱. THIS TIME OVERALL WAS EXTREMELY WORST EXPERIENCE AND EXTREMELY OVER PRICE. 1, I HAVE TO TOOK MY WARN WATER 💦 MY SELF . 2, I HAVE TO WALK LIKE 5 TIMES TO ASK FOR MY DISH. 3,I HAVE TO CALL LIKE 2 TO 3 PERSONS FOR ASK EXTRA RICE. 4,I HAVE TO ASK MY APPLAM IN HALF WAY OF OUR LUNCH. 5, YOUR PRAWN 🍤 SAMBAL IS NOT A FRESH AND IS A UNEXPECTED TASTE . 6,YOUR CASHIER IS REALLY NOT TO BE A CASHIER CAUSE NEVER SMILE AND NO CUSTOMER SERVICE MINED. CLEARLY CAN SEE A VERY VERY BOSSY TYPE. MAY BE WITH THIS ATTITUDE CAN BE DISHWASHER . 8, THIS BILL NEVER 👎 EVER SAID WHAT IS THE ITEM AND JUST BLINDLY WRITING ✍️ THE PRICE.
