After exploring the train station like a couple of lost tourists, we stumbled into KLCC in search of food. "Why not Burger & Lobster?" we thought, imagining a burger with claws or a lobster with a bun. The waitress welcomed us with a smile so bright it could probably grill a lobster.

Once seated, we faced the menu. It seemed straightforward until it wasn't. We asked an employee to clarify the confusion, but his explanation was like trying to read lobster hieroglyphics – more confusing than the menu itself. Thankfully, a waitress swooped in to save the day, explaining everything with the clarity of a culinary superhero. Note to management: A bit more training for the staff might save us from more seafood mysteries.

Our drinks arrived and... surprise, it's juice! Tastes like every other juice ever, nothing magical here.

Now, onto the main event – the lobster. We tried it two ways: grilled (yum!) and boiled/steamed (rubber band alert). The boiled side tasted like it spent too much time in the hot tub, possibly watching Netflix, and forgot it was meant to be served at some point. And the lobster roll? Let's just say it had a bit too much ocean flavor for comfort, like it still wanted to be friends with the fish back home.

Then, there was the burger. The bun was so stale it might have had a better life as a coaster. The patty? Let's just say I've had the same quality at places with much cheaper prices. The fries were decent, though; maybe next time I'll take the plunge and upgrade to truffle fries for that extra sprinkle of luxury.

Overall, it was an adventure with a mix of highs and lows. Burger & Lobster, you've got the potential – just watch out for those communication traps and the overcooking...

Burger and lobster restaurant! A delightful medley for those craving heartier fare and their companions with a penchant for lighter options. Our first encounter with this establishment was in Singapore and left us content. After dabbling in various culinary experiments and trying new dishes, we discerned that the classic lobster roll is the best; hence, this time we chose to stick to the tried and true path.

Opting for two lobster rolls, a grilled whole lobster, and a lobster salad, we were met with a palatable delight. The fresh, succulent lobster generously ensconced within a buttery brioche bun was a treat for the taste buds! The harmonious medley of textures comprised of crispy bread paired with tender lobster meat was divine. Complemented by their signature lemon butter sauce, it truly elevated the dish. The whole lobster was cooked well, the slight touch of grill added to the flavor, ideally savored with the same signature sauce.

Moreover, the lobster salad served as a splendid side option, catering to health-conscious diners. Featuring kale, nuts, crispy quinoa, and sweet pomegranate, the ensemble paired harmoniously with the dressing. The juicy and flavorsome salad was a delightful addition!

I enthusiastically recommend this establishment to all. However, it’s better not to deviate from the classics - take the lobster roll, it’s the best there is.

P.S. We also sampled the laska- soup, which, while satisfactory, failed to leave a lasting impression. The dearth of lobster and too much noodles detracted from the dish's taste. Although the broth boasted a pleasant, subtly spicy note, the overall dish failed to captivate with...

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Burger & Lobster KLCC, and I have to say—it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I’ve visited their branches in both Singapore and Bangkok, but the KLCC outlet truly stood out in every aspect. First and foremost, the food was exceptional. I went for the classic lobster roll and the original burger, and both were cooked to perfection. The lobster was fresh, juicy, and generously portioned, wrapped in a perfectly toasted brioche roll with just the right amount of dressing. The burger was equally impressive—juicy, well-seasoned, and full of flavor. Compared to the other locations I’ve tried, the KLCC branch’s dishes felt noticeably more flavorful and better prepared. It was a delightful surprise. What elevated the meal even more was their margarita. It had the ideal balance of tanginess and sweetness, with just the right kick. It paired beautifully with the richness of the food and added a refreshing twist to the overall dining experience. The customer service was another highlight. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm, welcoming, and attentive without being overbearing. They made great recommendations and ensured everything arrived promptly and just the way I wanted it. Overall, Burger & Lobster KLCC exceeded my expectations. Not only was the food tastier than the branches in Singapore and Bangkok, but the whole experience—from the vibrant ambiance to the friendly service and that perfect margarita—made it one to remember. I’ll definitely be returning soon, and I’d recommend it to anyone visiting KLCC looking for a top-notch...
