I recently had the pleasure of dining at TGI Fridays' KLCC branch, and I must say that it was an extraordinary experience. From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the restaurant's stunning design and spaciousness. The modern and chic ambiance immediately set the tone for a delightful evening.
One aspect that truly impressed me was the large number of service staff available. The abundance of staff ensured that service was fast and efficient, making our dining experience all the more enjoyable. I want to give special recognition to Mr. Asad, who attended to our table with warmth and expertise. His knowledge of the menu and spot-on recommendations allowed us to explore new flavors and truly savor our meal.
Speaking of the menu, it was a culinary delight. TGI Fridays' extensive offering included a wide variety of dishes that catered to every taste and preference. Each dish we tried was impeccably crafted and bursting with flavor. From the appetizers to the desserts, every bite left us craving for more. The attention to detail in the presentation further enhanced our dining experience.
I would also like to commend TGI Fridays for their fantastic kids' promotion. The affordable deal offered for children not only made dining with the little ones hassle-free but also brought smiles to their faces. The kids thoroughly enjoyed their meal and the overall experience. It's rare to find such thoughtful considerations for families in restaurants, and TGI Fridays excelled in this aspect.
Overall, I am immensely satisfied with my visit to the TGI Fridays KLCC branch. The combination of a captivating restaurant design, efficient service, and delectable dishes make it a standout dining experience. I sincerely hope that TGI Fridays continues to maintain the exceptional standards of service and product quality that they demonstrated during my visit. I highly recommend this branch to anyone seeking a memorable dining experience in KLCC.

Read moreOn my recent visit to Suria KLCC, I decided to try out TGI Fridays, a well-known American restaurant chain. I was in the mood for a simple yet satisfying meal, so I ordered a steak and a mojito. Overall, my experience was quite enjoyable.
The steak was the highlight of my meal. Cooked to perfection, it was tender, juicy, and packed with flavor. I requested a medium-rare, and it was done just right, with a perfect balance of a slightly charred exterior and a warm, pink center. The seasoning was spot on, and the accompanying sides complemented the steak beautifully. The portion size was generous, which made it even more satisfying.
My mojito was equally impressive. It was refreshing, with a perfect blend of sweetness and acidity, and the mint was fresh and aromatic. The drink was well-prepared, and it paired wonderfully with the steak, making for a delightful dining experience.
The ambiance at TGI Fridays was lively and welcoming. The restaurant was bustling with activity, but it didn't feel overly crowded or noisy. The decor was classic American diner style, which added to the overall charm of the place.
The service was efficient and friendly. The staff were attentive without being intrusive, and my order was served promptly. They also checked in periodically to ensure that everything was to my liking, which I appreciated.
In summary, TGI Fridays at Suria KLCC delivered a satisfying dining experience with a delicious steak and a refreshing mojito. It's a great spot for a casual meal, whether you're dining alone or with friends. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for good food and a relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Kuala...
Read moreI recently visited TGI Friday's after quite some time and decided to bring my toddler along for a nice meal, hoping to recreate some fond memories from my own childhood. The ambience was lovely and the service was truly commendable and the staff were attentive, friendly, and very accommodating.
Unfortunately, the food did not meet expectations. I ordered the Three Chilli Calamari, but it was so tough I couldn’t even cut through it with a knife. I resorted to using my hands, but it was extremely rubbery and difficult to pull apart. I informed the waiter, and to their credit, they promptly replaced it with a fresh serving. While the second plate was slightly better in texture, it was quite apparent that the calamari wasn’t fresh—it had a stale taste and appearance, likely due to being frozen for too long.
I also ordered the Friday’s Signature Glazed Salmon. As my toddler was getting restless, I asked for my food to be packed to go. However, when I got home, I noticed the chilli sauce for the calamari was missing, and the salmon had been packed without its signature glaze—both of which are key elements of the dishes.
While I truly appreciated the excellent service, I believe the food quality at TGI Friday's needs significant improvement. Given the brand’s reputation and the premium pricing, I expected a much better dining experience. Sadly, based on this visit, I don’t see myself returning, as serving food that tastes stale and frozen raises concerns not just about quality, but also about...
