I would like to share my experience and raise a few concerns.
Why is there so much discrimination against non-Malaysians in almost all the restaurants I have visited so far in Malaysia, including Burger King which I truly love?
Why do I have to use an interpreter just to place an order? During my last visit yesterday, I found it very difficult to understand the cashier, and the supervisor never bothered to help. Is it because I don’t look like a Malaysian?
I kindly suggest that the staff be encouraged to understand at least basic English, be friendlier, and assist non-Malaysians who come to your restaurant.
If this cannot be improved, then at least consider putting up a notice to inform non-Malaysians not to visit or order online.
In addition, on my last visit to this same branch (last Sunday), we specifically requested the biggest burger and two drinks—one Coke and one Minute Maid, both without ice. Unfortunately, everything we ordered was changed, and we did not receive what we asked for. This has happened more than once, and I really don’t understand why.
I hope this feedback will be taken seriously and...
Read moreI love Burger King but this has to be the worst outlet I have ever been to. The staff are incredibly rude. I had to wait 25 minutes for a chicken fry which I can understand but since I already waited that long I expected fresh chicken right? Right?? No!
First I asked the staff why the chicken was so small when they charged me RM6.90 + SC for it. They said it was the normal size. Then I went back to my seat and took a bite. Trust me this chicken must be at least 3-4 days old. My goodness it smelled so bad! The pictures clearly show that even the skin cells of the chicken can be separated one by one and we all know this only happens when the chicken is very old.
Not coming back ever!
P.S. Please take action against the night shift supervisor. His attitude...
Read moreThe gentleman at the cashier was not just nice, he was "top-tier, roll out the red carpet" nice to my wife when our orders got mixed up. We missed out on one patty because I originally ordered a double beef burger. So I said, “Oh, just add one more to the burger I’m holding.” But no, this guy was like, “Hold my spatula!” He took my burger, vanished like a culinary magician, and returned with a freshly crafted masterpiece. I wish I knew his name but with service like that, I’ll definitely see him again and thank him for his legendary patience and politeness. 5 stars, and if I could give him a medal...
