KFC Wisma Hualang — Restaurant in Kuala Lumpur

Totally disappointed with this KFC outlet.

We have ordered two combo meals and the total price should be RM36.30. However, the cashier add on RM0.50 and asked me to pay RM36.80. I politely asked the cashier why is there extra of RM0.50 charges. She answered me that "mmg mcm tu" (indeed like that). I asked again what is the charges for? She still answering the same thing, and told me that after certain date the charges will be removed. I changed my way to ask, what am I paying for the extra RM0.50? She showed me black face and walked inside (I guess she's looking for assistance). Then, a lady came out, I supposed she's the outlet manager. The outlet manager is telling me the same thing! I pointed on the price list and RM18.75 add with RM17.55, I got RM36.30. Both of them still insist total charges is RM36.80. I used my phone calculator and calculated in front of their eyes, then they were like "well I'll give you RM0.50 discount since you couldn't pay that extra RM0.50".

It's not that I being stingy for not paying that RM0.50. As a customer, I need to know what am I paying for, at least. If you can explain what is the charges to me, I'll pay if I think it's reasonable. Charging me without any valid reason is not acceptable at all.

Moreover, the fried chicken were too dry and over cooked. I think no one will know this is from KFC because the quality is even worse than the one selling in night markets. The rough texture is like fried the chicken from yesterday leftover once more. Not crunchy not juicy not fresh at all. Worst KFC I've ever had.

The carbonated drinks has some unpleasant smell as well. The staff never smile to you. Can the management do...

To the manager , you are one of the irresponsible person, you know you are sick and you were wearing mask but not covering your nose and mouth you can sneeze so loudly into kitchen oven like nothing happened !! When I saw you , you pretended like nothing happened !! Nonsense 😡

You only offered me 10 use and throw plates for 2 bucket of chicken which contains 15 pcs each , are you crazy ?? What kind of service you’re providing? Please go back and learn your attitude and service ethics 😠😤

To the fat guy , this is for you !! I PAID for my food , you told the cashier girl to give me all drumsticks for 15 pcs ?? When she explained you I already buy 8 pcs of drumsticks you keep arguing and ask her to clear all the leftover drumstick chicken . Do I look like rubbish to you ? I like kfc breakfast, unfortunately i am trying get kfc breafast 2 day and the mentionwd close for breakfast and only open at 10am at kfc chowkit and seconly the outlet at ipoh road close for renovation. If they close for ramadan and respect the malay friend they should close until 5pm afternoon that is good and i respect the management of kfc. Quality assuranc when i went to chowkit few days a ago and the said porridge is not available after the next day i went to chowkit coffee machine is out of order and i ask the staff whetter any other beverage will be providef and theycsay additional charges. I dont undrtstand the concept of service. I do go for breakfast at kfc ipoh road often 5 times in week. There is no signage saying ehen will open after renovation.
